Petitioner And The State of Telangana, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Home Department, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad and others .. Respondents The Court made the following:
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2189 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.
The petitioner, who was appointed as Police Constable in Niamabad District, was attached to the Railway Police, Kachiguda. Being aggrieved by the impugned order, dated 16.01.2017, wherein the petitioner is now transferred to Nizamabad District, he filed the present Writ Petition. 3.
Though several grounds are urged against the said transfer, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the second son of the petitioner is now prosecuting II year Degree Course in Hyderabad and the petitioner would be satisfied, if he is allowed to continue at Kachiguda Railway Police till the completion of his son's academic year.
4.
In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to give effect to the impugned order till the end of the academic year, subject to the petitioner filing a representation within a period of one week from today before the Superintendent of Police, Railway Police, Secunderabad, informing him that he would get relieved immediately after completion of his second son's academic year. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
