Heard Sri Venkateshwar Varanasi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 that the respondents have completed the erection of the electric towers in the subject land and they are ready to pay the compensation to the petitioner herein as per rules.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to pay the compensation to the petitioner herein in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
