ORDER
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.745 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parkal, against him.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner/accused was acquitted in the aforesaid case and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
