HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25765 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard Sri G. Rajesham, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

The only grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that without following due process of law, the respondents - Corporation is trying to demolish the house property of the petitioner bearing Plot No.38, Sy.No.80, admeasuring 250 sq. yds. consisting of Ground and First Floors, situated at Marthanda Nagar Colony, New Hafeezpet Village, Ranga Reddy District.

The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that if it is found that the subject construction is an illegal construction, before taking any action, the respondents - Corporation will follow due process of law.

In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents - Corporation not to take any coercive steps for demolition of the subject house property of the petitioner without following due process of law. No order as to costs.

ARR,J W.P.No.25765 of 2019 As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
