HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

The only grievance of petitioners in the writ petition is that though they have exercised their options properly, in the final freezing of the web options exercised by petitioners, there were mistakes and no option was provided to undertake editing and for no fault of them, grave mistakes are now reflected in the options exercised by them. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions from the Principal Secretary to Government, informed the Court that Government had taken decision permitting the Teachers to exercise options afresh and in that process, it is open to petitioners to submit their options afresh. Learned Additional Advocate General, however, submits that this leave to edit is accorded to the extent of place of posting only. 3.

Recording the same, Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it to petitioners to exercise options regarding place of posting. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
