HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17321 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he was granted pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.1.00 cents , Ac.0.50 cents, Ac.0.50 cents and Ac.1.00 cents respectively covered by Sy.No.27/1A; 256/1; 256/2 and 349/2 of Ganapavaram Revenue Village of Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District. While so, the name of the petitioner was deleted from the revenue records basing on the fraudulent representation of the 5th respondent. With regard to the same, the petitioner made a representation dated 22.03.2016 to the respondents 2 to 4 requesting them to mutate his name in online Adangal Pahanies and Record of Rights. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the representation made by the petitioner on 22.03.2016 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 22.03.2016 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this in accordance with law after issuing notices to the affected and interested parties.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
