Heard Mr.P.Sasidhar Reddy, counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue).

The petitioner prays for the following relief: ".........Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.3 in issuing new pattedar passbooks and title deeds and cheques issued under Rythubandu Scheme to the petitioner in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.19 gts in Sy.No.410/A and an extent of Ac.2.12 gts in Sy.No.411/A totally admeasuring an extent of Ac.3.31 gts situated at Gandhi Nagar H/o Pillalamarri Village Suryapet Mandal & District as being arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the purport of A.P.Rights in Land & PPB Act, 1971 and Rules, 1989.........."

After perusing the prayer and the averments in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that, the prayer as made is premature and cannot be entertained.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
