Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondents 1 and 2. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed with the following prayer: "...to issue a writ order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not issuing the affiliation to the petitioner B.Sc., B.Ed., and B.A., B.Ed., programme of Four (4) years (integrated) duration with an annual intake of 100 students (2 units) for the Academic year 2017-2018 as being illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust and violation of the Rules and Consequently direct the respondents to grant affiliation to the petitioner institution B.Sc., B.Ed., and B.A., B.Ed., programme of Four (4) years (integrated) duration with an annual intake of 50 students (1 unit) for the Academic year 2017-2018."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts her prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner, if it is still pending consideration, at the earliest.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has been made by the petitioner, a copy of the same is not placed on record.

Such being the position, respondent No.3 to whom the representation is said to have been made, shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, if the same has been made and is still pending consideration, at the earliest.
