ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent No.5 in trying to demolish the shops/houses of the petitioners situated in the Government Land in Sy.No.973, near Bus Stand, Kondapalakala Village, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District without any notice as bad arbitrary, illegal and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's respective shops/houses in the Government Land in Sy.No.973 of Kondapalakala Village, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District."

At the hearing, Sri C.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the

petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 17.12.2015, is also addressed to the Registry to that effect.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 27.08.2015, shall stand vacated and WP.M.P.No.35536 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
