The Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent reports that the police filed final report in this matter closing the case as lack of evidence and hence, this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. Interim stay granted by this Court on 13.10.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.10714 of 2011 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
