THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.11773 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's representations dated 07.10.2016 and 17.01.2017 for approval of Mee Seva services to the petitioner's AP Online center functioning at Hayathnagar Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, TS, in spite of recommendations and Mee Seva Center Verification Report submitted for enabling Mee Seva services to the existing AP Online centers by the respondent No.4 in pursuance of the proceedings vide Lr. No.KRC/MS/4246/2013, dated 17.06.2014 issued by respondent No.3, as highly arbitrary, bad, illegal and violation of the articles of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to approve/enable the Mee-Seva Services to the petitioner's AP Online Center henceforth."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 17.01.2017 to the District Collector, Ranga Reddy, but no action has been taken thereon. A copy of the same is filed along with the Writ Petition as a material paper. It is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

AVSS, J W.P.No.11773 of 2017 Having regard to the said submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 17.01.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 10th APRIL, 2017.
