The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to release of his Special Grade/Stagnation increment upon completion of 12 years of service. The matter is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court

in W.P.No.9592 of 2012.

For the reasons alike, the writ petition is allowed directing the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) to release the petitioner's Special Grade/Stagnation increment counting the total period of service rendered by him without reference to the regions in which such service was rendered.
