This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in refusing to receive and register the document in respect of item No.1: residential house property bearing Door No.6-124, situated in north side of the Municipal Road in Kota Street, Ward No.8 (old Ward No.4) covered by S.No.159/2 (part) and item No.2: residential house property bearing Door

No.6-11A near south side of bungalow named Puvvula Thota, situated in north side of the Municipal Road in Kota Street, Ward No.8 (old Ward No.4) covered by S.No.159/2 (part), situated at Salur Village, Salur Municipality, Vizianagaram District, on the ground that the land is covered by 'Gramakantam land'.

2. The issue raised in this writ petition has already fallen for consideration in W.P.No.718 of 2015 and has been decided on 19.02.2015.

3. By following the reasons stated in W.P.No.718 of 2015, this writ petition is ordered.

4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
