THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8393 OF 2003 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in passing the impugned order dated 28.04.2003, as arbitrary and illegal.

Though this Court at the time of admission on 06.05.2003 granted interim stay of the impugned order dated 28.04.2003, no counter is filed.

By virtue of interim order on 06.05.2003 the relief sought in the writ petition worked out and the petitioner also attained superannuation in the year 2003, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 06.05.2003. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
