THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2406 of 2015 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the appropriate Court.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. However, if an appeal is filed, the Appellate Court shall take into consideration the pendency of the revision before this Court, while considering the aspect of limitation, if any. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand dismissed.
