This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in digitally online evaluation of the answer sheets of the petitioner for the PG and Diploma examination held in April/May, 2018 as the same are not valued as per the guidelines issued by this Court in WP.No.26929 of 2016 and Batch, dated 31-10-2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in WP.No.26929 of 2016 and Batch, dated 31-10-2016. The same is not disputed by Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondents 1 and 2. Since it is stated that the representation of the petitioner dated 27-06-2018 is stated to be pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to take action and dispose of the same.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27-06-2018 in terms of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.26929 of 2016 and Batch, dated 31-10-2016.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
