HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.31029 of 2013 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the failure of the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.04.2013 as arbitrary and illegal, and for a direction to the 3rd respondent to take further steps for issuance of new electricity connection to the petitioner's house. While admitting the Writ Petition, this Court passed an interim order directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner. As the interim relief is similar to the main relief, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
