THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.25775 of 2019 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.4 in not registering a case on the complaint, dated 24.09.2019, against the persons named therein and also being aggrieved by the communication, dated 10.11.2019, issued by respondent No.4, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.4, without conducting any enquiry into the complaint made by the petitioner on 24.09.2019, communicated a reply, dated 10.11.2019, closing the complaint as 'civil in nature', and therefore, he sought a direction to respondent No.4 to register a case. 4.

A perusal of the reply dated 10.11.2019 shows that respondent No.4 conducted a detailed enquiry into the matter and found that the matter is civil in nature, and accordingly, closed the complaint as 'civil in nature' by observing that if the petitioner has any grievance, he can approach the competent forum .

5.

In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved. 6.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
