Petitioners are working as lecturers in un-aided posts in P.B.N. College, Nidubrolu. They have filed a representation dt.12-02-2016 before the 2nd respondent seeking absorption in grant-in-aid posts. 2.

Petitioners contend that the said representation is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent and seek a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioners' representation dt.12-02-2016 within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
