THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.27437 OF 2012 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Peon along with the employment exchange sponsored candidates and on her selection she may be appointed as Peon.

This Court while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction on 03.09.2012, which reads as follows; "......There shall accordingly be a direction to the Bank to receive the application of the petitioner herein and subject her to the selection process along with others on 10.09.2012 and also publish a notification in the newspapers calling for applications from all eligible candidates for filling up the post of Peon, receive applications from eligible candidates and also subject them separately to the selection process."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid interim direction, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 03.09.2012,

passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.34931 of 2012. No order as to costs.
