Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the issue raised the instant petition and in the connected WP No.16479 of 2005 is the same. He further submits that the said W.P.No.16479 of 2005 was dismissed by this court vide order dated 28.4.2006, therefore, no further orders are necessary in the instant petition and the same has become infructuous. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
