LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.25798 of 2019 O R D E R : (per MSR, J) When the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Commercial Taxes that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.03.09.2019 in W.P.No.8680 of 2017 and also the judgment reported in GODREJ SARA LEE LIMITED v. ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER (CT)1, wherein this Court had denied relief to the petitioner therein.

In that view of the matter and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
