WRIT PETITION NO. 27617 OF 2015 O R D E R :
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. The petitioners complain against the alleged inaction of fourth respondent in considering the request of the petitioners for assignment of agricultural land in an extent of Ac:2-32 cents and Ac:2-50 cents in survey No.499 of Bommavaram village, Ananthasagaram Mandal, SPSR Nellore district, as contrary to Board Standing Orders, illegal and unconstitutional.

It is suffice to direct that the fourth respondent considers the representation dated 11/08/2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and passes appropriate orders in accordance with law and as per the entitlement of petitioners. For
any reason, if it appears that the petitioners are not in possession of the land, the same shall also be adverted to while disposing of the representation dated 11/08/2014. If the petitioners fit into the existing assignment policy of the Government, appropriate orders are passed on the representation as directed above.
4. The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
