THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.13865 of 2011 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 22.07.2015, the matter was listed to 28.07.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". On 28.07.2015 learned counsel for the petitioner took time and the same was listed to today. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
