HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.13165 OF 2007 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This writ petition is instituted challenging the correctness and validity of the order dated 24.10.2006 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad, in Original Application No.8304 of 2002.

It would be appropriate to notice that this writ petition has been disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court by its order dated 9th August 2007. The District Collector, Kadapa, who is the first respondent in the writ petition, carried the matter by way of Appeal to the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.4673 of 2007. The Hon'ble Supreme Court by its judgment dated 11th September, 2014 allowed the appeal setting aside the order passed by this Court and also dismissed the writ petition. However, by mistake, the Registry has re-posted this case under the impression that the matter was remanded by the Hon'ble Supreme Court to this Court to hear it afresh. Thus, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 11th September, 2014 in Civil Appeal No.4673 of 2007, we are of the view that no orders are needed to be passed in this case.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
