HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40283 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondent 2 to 5 in not granting due protection to the petitioner's property bearing No.22-8-257, admeasuring 141 square yards, situated at Yousuf Bazar, Hyderabad pursuant to the petitioner's representation, dated 08.11.2016, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's property. Heard and perused the material available on record. The case of the petitioner is that he filed representation, dated 08.11.2016, before the respondents 2 to 5 to provide police protection to his property bearing No.22-8-257, admeasuring 141 square yards, situated at Yousuf Bazar, Hyderabad, but the respondents 2 to 5 are not passing any orders on the representation made by him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent police are directed to consider the representation, dated 08.11.2016, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
