THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.538 of 2022 ORDER :

Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Respondent No.4 is a formal party. 2.

Challenge in this revision case is the order that is rendered by the Family Court, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P.No.3 of 2021 in M.C.No.210 of 2020 dated 26.07.2021. 3.

On perusal of record reveals through the impugned order, the learned Judge of the Family Court directed the petitioner herein to pay Rs.2,000/- per month to respondent Nos.1 to 3 each towards interim maintenance. Learned counsel on this day submits that the Court ordered the petitioner to pay arrears of maintenance within two months and the petitioner due to poverty could not pay the arrears within the said stipulated period and hence, no further orders in this revision case are required except to extend the time for clearing those arrears.

4.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 did not raise any objection for extending the period granted.

Dr. CSL, J Crl.Rc.No.538 of 2022 5.

Therefore, the revision case is disposed of with the following directions:

i) The order that is rendered by the Family Court, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P.No.3 of 2021 in M.C.No.210 of 2020 dated 26.07.2021 is confirmed.

ii) However, the petitioner is granted time to pay the arrears of maintenance. The petitioner shall pay all the arrears by 30.12.2022.

6.
