THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI WRIT PETITION No.33075 of 2022 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed with the following prayer; "to issue any writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to in considering the petitioner's representation dated 29-04-2022 and taking action pursuant to notice No.A/3/360/2/13/TPS/C-14/KZ/GHMC/2021 dated 25-10-2021 issued by respondent No.1 against the illegal and unauthorized tin shed, wall and gate constructed by encroaching road margin in premises bearing No.13-2-360/3/A, situated at Police Quarters, Jali Hanuman Road, Hyderabad by respondent No.4 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to forthwith consider the petitioner's representation dated 29-04-2022 and take action pursuant to notice dated 25-10-2021 issued by the respondent corporation and demolish the illegal and unauthorized tin shed, wall and gate constructed by encroaching road margin in premises bearing No.13-2-360/3/A, situated at police quarters, Jali Hanuman Road, Hyderabad".

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Pramod Singh submits that the petitioner has given a representation dated 29-04-2022 to respondent Corporation about the unauthorized constructions made by the unofficial respondent No.4. He submits that though the respondent Corporation has issued notice dated 25-10-2021 to respondent No.4, no action has been initiated and hence, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

Learned standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 Mr. N. Ashok Kumar submits that the respondent Corporation will take further action in accordance with law pursuant to the notice dated 25-10-2021. 4.
Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Corporation to take further action pursuant to the notice dated 25-10-2021 issued to the unofficial respondent N.4 and the entire process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
