THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.16903 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents categorically asserts, on instructions, that the respondent authorities are not interfering with the land admeasuring Acs.4.28 guntas and Acs.4.271⁄2 guntas in Survey No.1342 of Siddipet Village and Mandal, in respect of which, the petitioners were granted pattadar pass books and the revenue records disclose that the said land is in possession and enjoyment of the petitioners. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of by making it clear that if the land in question is required for any public purpose, the respondent authorities shall follow due process of law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 11th MAY, 2017.
