HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.15970 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in registering the crime against one K.Sanjeevaiah and others, based on the complaints submitted by the petitioner on 12.02.2017, 14.02.2017 and 23.02.2017.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that pursuant to the complaints submitted by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.151 of 2017 was registered for the offence punishable under Section 506 IPC and FIR was issued on 23.02.2017 and the matter is pending under investigation.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
