B/O tk 23.09.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to extend the time granted in Crl.P.No.7475 of 2021 dt. 18.10.2021 by two more weeks from today, to surrender before the P.S., Mangalhat in connection with Crime NO.143 of 2021.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the said orders, the petitioner/A2 could not surrender on account of invocation of PD Act against him and also being inside in other cases.

In the said circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to move fresh application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C..

Accordingly, this application is disposed off.
