The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "....to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not registering the FIR based on petitioner's complaint dt. 21.10.2014 and in interfering with the petitioner and his family members personal life and liberty by interfering in civil disputes in respect of house property admeasuring extent of 300 sq. yards. covered by Survey No 12/3 bearing D. No. 1-99/1, Srinivasnagar, Asst. No. 100009/22243 of Ward No.6, Yendada Village, Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam, which is the subject matter of OS. No 63/2014 on the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, as illegal, arbitrary and without authority and violative of Art 21 of the constitution India."

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are interfering in his personal life and liberty and also the personal life and liberty of his family members and thereby interfering in the civil disputes in respect of house property admeasuring an extent of 300 sq.yards in Sy.No.12 /3 bearing D.No.1-99/1, Srinivasnagar, Yendada village, Rural Mandal,

Visakhapatnam which is the subject matter of O.S.No.63 of 2014 on the file of the II.Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 placed on record, the written instructions dated 5.11.2014 issued by the Station House Officer, P.M. Palem Police Station, Visakhapatnam, stating that respondent police did not receive any complaint from the petitioner and after verifying the records it is found that there is no general diary entry in that regard. If any complaint is lodged, they will take necessary and appropriate action. It is also stated that they are not interfering in the personal life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members, which also include the civil disputes. 5.

Therefore, in the light of the above said statement, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
