THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.559 of 2005 JUDGMENT:

This second appeal is filed by the plaintiff challenging the decree and judgment dated 10.2.2005 in A.S.No.84 of 2004 on the file of Court of III Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Ongole, reversing the decree and judgment dated 16.4.2004 in O.S.No.38 of 1996 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Parchur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the parties have entered into compromise in the presence of the elders. The submission is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the second appeal is closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this second appeal shall stand closed.
