THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.1199 OF 2013 JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed by the plaintiff, under Section 100 of C.P.C., assailing the judgment and decree dated 13.08.2007 passed in A.S.No.17 of 2002 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, wherein and whereby the judgment and decree dated 25.02.2002 passed in O.S.No.359 of 1997 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, decreeing the suit filed by the plaintiff for perpetual injunction in respect of the suit schedule property, was set aside.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that there are no instructions from his client in spite of his best efforts. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal.
