HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.28290 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner complains, both against the action of respondents in dispossessing petitioner from Sy.Nos.3/ 1, 3/ 3 an extent of Ac.4-39 cents of Chirledinne Village, Kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District, without recourse to law and not maintaining the name of petitioner in 1B register, as illegal. Mr.Y.Nagi Reddy, counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that after the writ petition is filed, respondents 4 and 5 are not either interfering or preventing the petitioner from undertaking agricultural operations. However, he submits that the grievance of either not restoring the name of petitioner or deleting the names, which are added, is still continuing. He seeks leave to represent respondents 4 and 5. Liberty is granted. If a representation for orders on the grievance of including the petitioner's name or deletion by any other names is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and orders passed expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
