HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.19049 OF 2010 ORDER:

The petitioner seek writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent in deducting the crop insurance premium from the crop loan amounts being disbursed to the members of the petitioner's society during the Kharif and Rabi seasons of the year 2010-2011 as illegal, arbitrary, without any authority of law and pass such other order. 2.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' and in spite of the same, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Added to it, since the relief sought for is in respect of the crop period of 2010-2011, which was over long back, the writ petition became infructuous. 3.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
