THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27128 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a sum of Rs.42 lakhs to one Srinivasa Chari for securing admission into M.B.B.S. under N.R.I quota to his brother and that the petitioner's brother was not facilitated to procure such a seat by the said Srinivasa Chari.

2. Petitioner seeks recovery of the said amount and contends that when he went and demanded for return of the amount, the said Srinivasa Chari not only refused to pay but also allegedly attacked the petitioner and caused bodily injuries.

3. Since the petitioner has an adequate remedy in the competent Civil Court to recover the said amount, if permitted by law, directing the petitioner to avail the said remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
