Learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and also learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.16.08.2019, passed by this Court in WP.No.17400 of 2019.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the said order directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioners for making construction in the subject property in accordance with the existing Master Plan and the 'Shortfall Intimation Letter' file No.3006/21469/W7/2019, dated 14.11.2019 issued by the respondents is set aside. Within four weeks from the date on which the petitioners resubmit their application for permission, respondent No.2 and 3 shall consider the same in accordance with law, including the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, the Rules and Byelaws made thereunder, take a decision thereupon, and communicate the same to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
