Heard both sides.

Without interfering with the impugned order dated 18.04.2018 in I.A.No.197 of 2017 based on the ad interim exparte order of injunction granted in IA.No.160 of 2017; as counter already filed by the respondent/defendant therein and the lower Court can be directed to dispose of the temporary injunction application early.

Accordingly and in the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the lower Court is directed to dispose of the temporary injunction application within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of this order to continue the police aid if at all made absolute else to vacate the police aid if at all temporary injunction is vacated.
