THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.656 OF 2010 ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.536 of 2009 on the file of the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that N.B.Ws. are pending against the petitioners. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail remedies available to them under law including filing of petition under Section 70 (2) Cr.P.C. Permission is accorded. If the petitioners file such a petition, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the same on the same day in accordance with law.
