Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Municipality. 2.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Order, dated 24.10.2017, in W.P.No.23191 of 2017 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with writ petition as material papers. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "directing the respondent-Municipality to accept the application of the petitioner herein for building permission in terms of Circular U.O.No.B/1545/TPS/CCP/HO/GHMC/2016/845, dated 19/24.04.2017, issued by the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and pass appropriate orders, as per law."

Following the said order and the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 24.10.2017, in W.P.No.23191 of 2017 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
