THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20012 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as fair price shop dealer of Yerraram village, Andole Mandal, Medak District and his authorization is valid upto 31.03.2016 and he distributed the essential commodities to the card holders on the basis of the stock supplied by respondent Nos.2 and 3 till April, 2015. When the stock was not released for the Month of May, 2015 to the shop of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

It is needless to mention that the petitioner is entitled for supply of stock of essential commodities so long as the authorization of the petitioner is valid and in force. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents could not point out any pendency of disciplinary proceedings. In the circumstances, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to release the essential commodities to the shop of the petitioner for onward distribution to the card holders forthwith, till the authorization of the petitioner is valid and in force. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
