The grievance of the petitioner is that the stay petition filed by the petitioner on 30.04.2016 before the 3rd respondent challenging the orders passed by the 4th respondent vide proceedings No.C/941/2015 dated 19.12.2015 with regard to corrections in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.15 guntas in Sy.No.8/2/B, situated at Koora Village, Jainath Mandal Adilabad District is not being disposed of. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition filed by the petitioner on 30.04.2016 in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then, status-quo regarding entries shall be maintained.
