When the Company Petitions were listed before this Court on 11.09.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, they were directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the circumstances, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Company Petitions. Accordingly, the Company Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
