HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.21905 And 21906 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made an application dated 21.05.2015 through Mee-Seva to conduct survey of his lands situated in different survey numbers of Chandole Village, Pittalavanipalem Mandal, Guntur District. In pursuance to the same, the 4th respondent issued notice dated 15.05.2015 intimating the date of survey scheduled as 21.05.2015 and again the 4th respondent issued another notice dated 01.07.2015 changing the scheduled survey date as 07.07.2015. But no further action has been initiated by the 4th respondent till today. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petitions are filed. Heard both sides.

Since already notice is issued in pursuance to the application filed by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to take further steps on the application of the petitioner and conclude the same in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 11-07-2016 dv
