THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 14214 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the representation of the petitioner dated 25-04-2013 under the provisions of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Central Act, 1957, for stoppage of unauthorized mining in Mylardevpalli Village, Rajenderanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology passed on brief note of the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Ranga Reddy District, according to which the petitioner herein and three others earlier filed W.P.No. 3267 of 2015 directing the official respondents to take action on their representations dated 16-04-2013 and 13-01-2015 and the said Writ Petition was dismissed as the petitioners therein sought permission to withdraw the same and that the petitioner has now filed the present Writ Petition seeking to consider his another representation dated 25-04-2013 with regard to the same subject matter which was made between 16-04-2013 and 13-01-2015. 3.

In the light of the above, I see no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
