ORDER

Challenging the action of respondents 1 to 5 in not taking any action on the complaint dated 26.12.2016 made by the petitioner against respondents 6 to 13, the present writ petition is filed. Based on oral instructions, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the complaint was unsigned and there was no address with phone number to take action on the contents of the complaint and in those circumstances only, the complaint was not taken into account and hence, no further action was taken. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the 5th respondent and state the facts to him for taking further action. No costs.
