O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 08.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.44362 of 2016. By the said order, this Court directed the respondents in the writ petition to implement the order dated 21.07.2014 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.7192 of 2011. The direction by the Tribunal was to consider inclusion of the name of the petitioner-applicant in the panel of Special Grade Deputy Collectors from the date his juniors' names were included and to pass appropriate orders in that regard within a time frame.

We are now informed that by the Memo dated 26.02.2018, the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Government of Telangana, considered the plea of the petitioner-applicant and rejected it having found no merits therein. Copies of the said Memo are served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner and also placed on record.

In the light of this development, the order stands duly complied with. In the event the petitioner has any grievance with the Memo dated 26.02.2018, it is for him to seek redressal thereof by way of independent proceedings in accordance with law. Giving him liberty to do so, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
