ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension and charge memo separately issued on 13.6.2018. After making elaborate submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to file representation to the Regional Manager/third respondent praying to revoke the suspension, who is authority higher than the Depot Manager/fourth respondent who placed him under suspension. Learned counsel fairly submitted that at this stage, petitioner is not prosecuting his grievances against charge sheet and seeks leave to raise all pleas in the pending disciplinary proceedings.

Granting liberty to file representation to the third respondent for revocation of suspension and to raise all pleas in the pending disciplinary proceedings, writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that if such a representation is filed, same shall be considered objectively and appropriate decision be taken as warranted by law within two weeks thereon. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
