Heard both sides.

In view of the Common Judgment dt.16.02.2015 in Crl.P.No.7289 of 2014 and batch, the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 to 5 are directed to appear before the trial Court in D.V.C.No.12 of 2012 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District, and put forth their defences. In the light of the aforesaid judgment, the appearance of Petitioners/A.2 to A.5 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
